Welcome to Reinterior (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Business govern your use of our website and purchase of the goods and services offered on our website. By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
1. Products & Listings
Used Goods: All our items are pre-owned unless explicitly stated otherwise. Signs of wear, knocks, repair, and age may be present in used items, reflecting their history and enhancing their charm.
Condition descriptions are provided to the best of our knowledge.
We strive to photograph major flaws and describe all items as accurately as possible. Misleading customers is never our intention.
For any uncertainties regarding item details (including description, imagery, age, or condition), we encourage you to contact us before placing your order.
Electrical Items: Electrical goods are visually inspected and may be function-tested. However, we do not guarantee long-term functionality unless stated nor do we guarantee that electrical products are sold in safe operating condition. It is the buyer’s responsibility to have electrical products professionally inspected, tested and serviced before installing them for use.
Images & Descriptions: Product images are for illustrative purposes. Minor variations may occur. We aim for accuracy but cannot guarantee error-free listings. Photos form part of our item description so please view all photos before purchasing.
2. Pricing & Payment
Prices: All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling
Payment Methods: We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, GPay and Apple Pay. - Accepted payment options are displayed on our checkout page for your convenience.
Payment Terms: Full payment is required at checkout. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
3. Delivery & Collection
Delivery: We offer local delivery, national courier services, and in-person collection. Delivery fees vary based on location and item size.
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Enter your shipping address at checkout to see delivery costs.
· Prefer to collect it yourself? Just choose ‘Pick Up’ in the Delivery options at checkout.
We offer complementary free UK post on small items in our Home Decor collection.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Delays may occur due to third-party logistics.
Larger items are sent via furniture couriers. We work with independent courier companies for all deliveries outside of Glasgow. Once we receive cleared funds we then instruct the courier to uplift the item and arrange the delivery. The courier will contact you directly with the delivery date and estimated arrival time.
The driver may require assistance at your end to unload the item.
Delivery will be made to the nearest accessible entry point at ground floor level. The courier may assist with placing the item inside your property, but this is entirely at their discretion. By accepting this assistance, you agree not to hold the courier or ourselves liable for any damage incurred during placement. Please ensure measurements are checked in advance.
Please check all measurements prior to purchase. If the item does not fit through the buyer’s doorways, the buyer is responsible for return postage. In such cases, the original delivery cost is non-refundable.
At your request and risk, the courier may deliver your item to your neighbour or another location on your property. In all such cases, neither the courier nor we can be held responsible for the item’s safety or condition after delivery. The item will be deemed delivered in good order once left as instructed.
If the courier arrives on the agreed date and the buyer is unavailable to receive the delivery, any associated return or re-delivery costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.
We do not arrange international shipments. However, if you're purchasing from abroad, we're happy to deliver your item to a UK-based shipping agent of your choice. Please note that our responsibility for the item's condition ends once it has been handed over to your agent.
Collection: Items can be collected from our warehouse by appointment. Proof of purchase is required. Please feel free to collect in person or send your own courier. If sending a courier please ensure that your courier has the necessary supplies for protecting the item in transit.
We are not responsible for the condition of the item once it has been collected by you or your appointed courier.
Please call or email us to arrange a suitable time if you wish to view or collect an item.
4. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
All sales are final for items viewed and purchased in person offline by the customer or their representative. No returns, refunds, or replacements will be offered.
Only items purchased online may be eligible for return and refund.
Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled at no charge prior to dispatch. If cancellation occurs while the item is in transit, the buyer assumes responsibility for outbound and return shipping fees, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned item. Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless buyer received the item significantly not as described.
If arranging your own courier or collecting in person, we are not responsible for the condition of items after they leave our premises.
If you wish to return an item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving it, stating your reason. You then have an additional 14 days from the date of notification to return the item.
The buyer is responsible for returning the item and covering both the original delivery fee and the return shipping cost if:
a. the buyer changes their mind and wants to return the item.
b. the item does not fit into the buyer's home despite the item dimensions given in the listing being accurate.
c. buyer cancels the order whilst the item is in transit.
d. the colour-shade of the item is not to the buyer's liking (please note that we generally do not guarantee the accuracy of the colour shade of any of our items).
Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Retain your proof of return, as it may be required to process your refund.
Refunds are only issued if the returned item is received in the same condition as when it was originally delivered to the buyer.
We are responsible for returning the item and covering both the original delivery fee and the return shipping cost if:
a. the item arrives damaged in transit.
b. or doesn't match the listing description.
If an item is significantly not as described, we will cover the return shipping for the incorrect item and the delivery cost of the correct replacement. If a suitable replacement is unavailable, we will refund the full order amount, including both outbound and return delivery charges.
Refunds only apply if we receive the item back in the same condition as delivered to the customer.
Please package your return securely to prevent damage during transit. Be sure to retain proof of return for your records.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
5. Warranties & Liability
No Manufacturer Warranty: Used items are sold without manufacturer warranties unless stated.
Liability: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products.
6. User Accounts
Account Creation: You may create an account to track orders and save preferences. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
Data Use: We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Third Parties: We do not sell your data. We may share it with logistics and payment providers solely for order fulfilment.
8. Communications
Marketing: You may opt in to receive promotional emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Order Updates: We will send transactional emails related to your purchases.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
This agreement is governed by UK law. Nothing in these terms shall affect your statutory consumer rights.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Business from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Trade Customers
We welcome partnerships with trade professionals including interior designers, property developers, landlords, and hospitality businesses.
Trade Accounts: Eligible businesses may apply for a trade account to access exclusive pricing, early access to inventory, and bulk purchase options.
Verification: Trade status requires proof of business registration or professional credentials.
Bulk Orders: Custom quotes are available for bulk purchases. Lead times and delivery logistics will be agreed upon per order.
Returns: Trade purchases are subject to the same return policy as retail customers unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Resale: Items purchased for resale must not misrepresent original condition or origin.
