Returns & Refunds Policy

Welcome to Reinterior. The following outlines our returns and refunds policy. Full terms are available on our Terms and Conditions page.

1. In-Person Purchases All sales are final for items viewed and purchased in person, whether by the customer or their appointed representative. No returns, refunds, or replacements will be offered for in-person purchases.

2. Online Purchases Only items purchased through our online store may be eligible for return and refund, subject to the conditions below.

3. Collection & Customer-Arranged Delivery If you arrange your own courier or collect an item in person from our premises, Reinterior accepts no responsibility for the condition of the item once it has left our care.

4. How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your item, including your reason for return. You will then have a further 14 days from the date of notification to return the item to us.

5. Buyer-Responsible Returns The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, as well as the original delivery fee, in the following circumstances:

• The buyer changes their mind and wishes to return the item.
• The item does not fit within the buyer's home, despite accurate dimensions having been provided in the listing.
• The buyer cancels the order whilst it is in transit.
• The colour shade of the item is not to the buyer's satisfaction. Please note that we do not guarantee exact colour accuracy in our product imagery.

6. Packaging & Proof of Postage Please ensure all returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. We recommend retaining proof of postage, as this may be required to process your refund. Refunds are only issued for items returned in the same condition as originally delivered.

7. Seller-Responsible Returns Reinterior will arrange and cover the cost of return shipping, including the original delivery fee, in the following circumstances:

• The item arrives damaged in transit.
• The item differs significantly from its description. Please note that our product photographs form part of the item description and are intended to accurately represent its condition.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
