A mid-century double wardrobe in oak and walnut veneer by Meredew Furniture — originally sold through Elders of Glasgow, a much-loved furniture institution of its era. Well-constructed and generously proportioned, this wardrobe offers a thoughtfully designed interior with 2 hanging rails, two fixed shelves, and two pull-out tray shelves for versatile additional storage.
Its warm, light-to-medium wood tone sits beautifully in traditional, vintage, and contemporary interiors alike, bringing character and a timeless mid-century aesthetic to any bedroom or dressing space. Sturdy and well-cared for throughout. The right-hand door handle has a small chip at the lower end, which is unobtrusive and does not detract from the overall appearance.
