Large Antique Scottish Kilmarnock Chest Of Drawers
Regular price £425.00
A large and commanding antique Scottish Kilmarnock chest, dressed in rich flame mahogany veneers that shimmer with warmth and depth. A substantial, robust piece built to last — and to be admired.
The chest offers five generous drawers with ample storage for everyday essentials. The drawer handles feature pearl inlays at their centres, a refined touch that will appeal particularly to collectors of Scottish antiques and decorative furniture. A charming concealed detail: the top drawer opens via a hidden latch accessible from inside the second drawer — a clever and characterful quirk that speaks to the craftsmanship of its era.
In good used condition overall, strong and sturdy with age-related wear as shown in the photos. One knob on the base drawer has a small chip upon close inspection but remains fully functional.
An eye-catching statement piece that brings genuine heritage, character, and timeless appeal to any hallway, bedroom, or living space.
